Great to any occasion
Absolutely horrible stylists and customer service. I went here on 1/25/2026 and asked for a strawberry blonde color to accent my natural dirty blonde. We picked 8 copper gold and he applied to my hair. These are the results. Patchy and uneven, 3 colors, streaky, and a chunk around my face with no color. Roots are copper, mid section is blonde, and ends are blonde under tips of bright red I cried and was gaslight “it kinda looks like an ombré, I like it” by the stylist and when I refused to pay for this disaster they tried to... read more
I’ve always been very selective about who touches my daughter’s hair, however I decided to give the JCPenney Salon a try. I’m glad I did, I was extremely impressed. Lynette was my daughters stylist, and the Salon Manager. She is very professional, precise, and it’s clear that doing hair isn’t just a job for her, it’s her passion.
