Hello, I'm Monica again, just to change my opinion about the salon... after a few days the manager Avril contacted me to find out what had happened and when I explained the situation to her, she invited me to come back and do the work herself. Today I returned with a bit of fear. Avril and Carmen, another lady from the place, did an excellent job on my hair and I was extremely happy with the result. I recommend JCPENNY SALON 100%. Thanks to manager Avril for calling me and to Carmen for having an excellent touch.
I am Mónica, I was at Katy's store on Thursday because I wanted a change of look... the stylist Michelle cut my hair in a very good way and I also wanted a color change, she asked me to come back on Friday after work to have a treatment done, for which I paid and got no result after 4 hours!! It turns out I had to return the next day and they didn't have an available appointment for another treatment to see if it would work, plus they didn't have the hair dye color that she knew I would need since Thursday.
