The person who usually cuts my hair at the barbershop is out on a medical emergency for the next several weeks, so I thought I would try this place out since it is right in my neighborhood. Unfortunately, JCP Salon is apparently rather limited with the haircut services they can offer men. None of the stylists there that day, for instance, knew how to do a fade with a 0 guard (or just did not want to do it). Horrible experience yesterday. Hairstylist was rude. She did not understand what my son wanted a low fade. She cut his hair from his ear to the top of his head to his Temple. Shape of a triangle on both sides. We asked her if she was able to do it and she said yes. She did let us know this is a Barber's haircut understand. After the service came home and check my son hair. She went to high. Went back trying to get a refund got mad and walk out be for talking to a manager. Took my son to another place got his hair fix best as... read more
