I was a JCPenney Collin Creek Mall Salon customer for over 20 years prior to moving out of the Dallas area - always seeing a Master Stylist and never feeling wronged, taken advantage of, or having a single complaint. They’re really bad in giving the service, I strongly recommend not to go to this salon. The receptionist is very rude, she don’t know how to deal with the customer.
I went here for a wash and blow dry with a curl. Stephanie did my curls, they were barely visible and uneven. After being late to my appointment she said she didn’t have time to tighten the curls. She kept going over the same spot with a straightener after putting in spray. I felt like my hair was not being handled with care. Would not recommend. My sister and I went in for the same treatment and got completely different results.
Worst and unprofessional haircut salon in town. Save some time and go to some other place. They lie to you for the charges and make you pay more after services. Reception lady is very rude and unprofessional.
