I wish if I can zero star, today I had an appointment at 11 o'clock in the morning, I went there to get haircut, dye my hair and highlight it, I booked the appointment a week before, I arrived on time, the hair dresser apologized and said your hair needs a specialist to do your hair while I don't have any problems on my hair I really asked for simple things. Yesterday I booked for a haircut and blow-dry. A silk press was added without consultation with me. My hair was tangled before the shampoo but if blow dried correctly I could have gotten a dry cut which is what I came for. My hair was blow dried then detangled which causes more breakage than what I came in with. I leave out and realize my hair was cut unevenly and choppy ends are flipped up so obviously the shears weren't used correctly. I was disappointed in my service. The price tag was high. The skill set was ok. I didn’t appreciate the stylist resisting when I pointed out something I wanted fixed
