I do not recommend this salon for your safety and to avoid hair loss and damage. I had a very disappointing experience at the salon. During my visit, my FACE was actually cut by the beautician, which was both painful and concerning from a safety standpoint. Unfortunately, that was just the beginning of the issues. I have used JC Penney Salon many times over the years but I am extremely disappointed in the service I received this past weekend. The stylist I used in January no longer worked there so I picked another. After the fact, I discovered she had only been licensed 2 months and it showed. She mainly used a feather knife in lieu of scissors and after I got home my daughter noticed it was incredibly uneven everywhere as far as length and thickness. I would definitely recommend MeShelle for your hair. She really takes her time and is knowledgeable about hair. She has always been very punctual and professional. If you need a regular stylist. She is the onr!

Mechelle is very professional, attentive to her customers and I would refer my friends and family to her. The atmosphere in the salon is always inviting and friendly.
