Beware of this place and their inexperienced stylist... especially at this location... I can see why there are virtually no other clients there for service other than myself... I tried giving the benefit of doubt but not at the expense of my hair health... corporate just needs to shut it down and stop playing...time in the field doesn't equal experience...and they are SHORT on that... y'all just got tenure...
Brought my 5 year old daughter here for her first “big girl” hair cut. Our stylist, Rachel, was absolutely wonderful. Rachel was pleasant from the moment we walked in the door and was extremely kind and patient with my daughter who was adamant about the new experience. I will definitely be a returning client of Rachel. 10/10 experience both my daughter and I.
Great haircut today thanks to Tristen. Walked in looking a little shaggy and walked out looking like a rock star. Feeling like one too! Highly recommend.
I was a Walk in and a wonderful lady named Shanta took good care of me. I highly recommend her! She gave me a beautiful hair style and was very pleasant to chat with.
Used to really enjoy coming here. Recently had a bad experience with some of the staff being rude to me. Tried to use the online appointment form and it had the wrong hours. By the employees I was not treated kindly when I had made the mistake. Will not be coming back.
