I had a Cut and Blowout. Great experience I swear Gabby is a miracle worker. She listened to exactly what I wanted and she made my hair look INCREDIBLE. If you’re going to come here you should go with her. She took my hair from a choppy mess to an absolutely GORGEOUS blowout. Highly highly recommend!

Incredibly disappointed with the whole experience. Went to get both of my children's hair cut. The check in process very disorganized. My teen daughter asked for LONG simple layers and brought a picture. She had long hair and asked to keep the length but trim and layer it. Amber, her stylist, butchered her hair by chopping it very short (most pieces chin length) and gave her a layered cut that as my daughter put it (makes her look like a 40 year old soccer mom). I saw a post for students and teachers haircuts $12. I got it done for my son- it wasn’t great. I got mine done as well thinking it was just $12. The Malaysian lady didn’t explain well that it will cost another $15 for ladies shoulder length hair. I explained to her that I need layers. She insisted that layers will not look nice on me. I have been having layer for almost all of my life. She cut it too short. I was very disappointed. Although the price may seem very reasonable, the service is bad.

I went for a haircut for my son at 5.45pm and the closing time is 8pm. However the stylist said they have started cleaning and would not accept any customers. And she was recommending me to go to hair cuttery. Unbelievable.

Highly disappointed with my experience. I drove 40 miles round trip (1 hr and change roundtrip because I paid tolls) for a scheduled appointment, only to be told upon arrival by the stylist, Yolanda, that she does not perform the service I booked and that it was “too late” to complete it. What makes this especially frustrating is that I scheduled the appointment six days in advance and was not properly notified of any issue. I was told they attempted to call me about three hours beforehand, but no voicemail or text was left.... read more
