Went in for a loooong overdue haircut. I was recommended to come in from family member and have never had such a great experience! The stylists were all so kind and welcoming. My stylist, Ashley, was absolutely amazing and listened to what I was hoping for and she cut to perfection. Highly recommend this salon and Ashley!
Ashley did an amazing job a few times with my hair! Shes the only stylist that really understands my vision and brings it to life! Also its really fun to talk to her!
They can cancel your appointment but don't you try it, you'll get a phone call from a bitchy stylist threatening to put a marker on your profile so you can't only schedule same day appointments, go elsewhere
So I haven’t been to get my hair cut professionally in over 10 years, I’ve had just the worst of experiences and just decided not to search anymore. Ashley has been coloring and cutting my hair for a year now and I absolutely love my hair now. It feels and looks healthy and I get compliments on it all the time. Every time I come in to shop or get my hair done the staff are always so nice and helpful. Thank you Ashley and JCPenney.
