The hairstylist, Stephanie, tried to scalp me with a comb after rinsing my hair.
I got a haircut by Kaylen today and she was spot on with detailing my short cut, she was so pleasant and professional and listened to exactly what I wanted to achieve and even had her own suggestions to get the cut I didn’t know I needed it’s been a long time since I’ve been this happy with a haircut Thanks Kaylen I can’t wait to see you again JC Penny Salon is lucky to have you and I’m so glad I found you
Do not get box braids here. Stylist are arrogant and do not want to admit that they do not have as much skill as they think they do. They do a decent job on trims and natural hair styles without extensions. Too much gossip and bad talking other employees and customers here. Not a relaxing experience.
