Bad prices not good service and staff aren’t really professional
Today I was so excited to meet Miss. Christina. She did a fantastic job. I am looking younger and prettier than ever! She has got a magic touch and a great eye for a good cut.
Well actually went in twice. I have dark hair with highlights and asked for chunkier highlights. The lady turned my hair a mocha color no highlights. Was upset called made appt with another lady. She turned my hair orange. Was not happy at all. Went to pharmacy myself got a box color and died it dark brown. Never again going for a color at a salon.
Take my mom and daughter here for cut and colors regularly. Mom I'd very picky and had dementia, and is treated very well. Daughter is hella picky and autistic and is also treated very well. The colors are always what they want, the price is well within what I expect for a purple/pink ombre with undercut and a traditionally little old lady style with color and curl. Never have had a complaint.
Had an appointment with Macy and asked for dark brown chocolate color. Top of my head turned orange while the other half is much darker; she should have taken into account graying hair. Asked for natural wavy style, she did a sloppy job again, took her only 5 minutes. I guess she wanted to get rid of me very badly though I kept silent because she was silent throughout the process, didn't even initiate a small chat and I could tell she was very angry.
