All staffs are professional, excellent and friendly. I had my hair done by Brian, Jackie, Joe, and especially Michael is experienced, thorough, and details oriented. I would definitely recommend this place.

A few things occurred that kept me from returning. He added TWO treatments in one visit totaling over $40 without my prior approval. Even after I told him that was unacceptable before starting the work. [The first visit was $250!] They saw me coming. Lol I don't appreciate being blindsided after the Olaplex had been applied to my hair at the bowl. They've since credited those amounts. I had to call and request a credit.
