I want to have a edge bob haircut and I know some stuff at JC penny may not know how to do it based on the reviews. So, I asked the lady before I would let her cut my hair and showed her a picture of the style I want. The lady confidently said " I know this, and I can do it". if i could give this zero stars i would. i have been growing out my hair for quite so time and with school picture day coming up i wanted som layers. i called to make sure this was possible and when i got there i showed my stylist an inspo photo ( shown below) she told me she could do that and i told her i did not want much hair cut off length wise if that was possible which again i was told that would be fine. When I arrived at the Salon, the lady I'm booked with isn't experienced with Ethnic people hair. Then the lady that did my hair charged way more amd did not honor my JC Penney $10 Cash coupon because she's a "Master Stylist". My concern is if what I came for was going to cost more with a different stylist doing my hair, that is something that should have been disclosed - so that I can make a sound decision on if I want to proceed with service. Angela took her time to make sure my hair looked and felt great. I have gotten so many compliments after she cut and styled my (thick) hair!
