Booked with Julie for the first and last time. Wanted to try hair dye for the very first time ever and let Julie know I have never dyed my hair ever. The color did not take. I felt as though Julie rushed through my service. Even after washing my hair there was still shampoo left in my hair and on my ears. My first appointment and first time at your salon was with Angela was on May 30. I shared with her prior to shampooing my hair that I wanted my gray “lifted” due to some yellowing in the back. I shared with her previous stylist have let the shampoo for gray hair stay in for 15-20 minutes. Once my hair was done the yellow was still very visible and I shared my displeasure.
