I had an appointment today and waited over 30 minutes past my scheduled time with no update or communication. The receptionist was pleasant, but no one acknowledged the delay or let me know when I’d be seen. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I’ve had good experiences here before, but today was unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location.
