I had an appointment today and waited over 30 minutes past my scheduled time with no update or communication. The receptionist was pleasant, but no one acknowledged the delay or let me know when I’d be seen. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I’ve had good experiences here before, but today was unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location.
This was my first time going to this salon. It was clean and spacious and the staff was very welcoming. Sharon, who washed and trimmed by hair was a sweetheart. However, I have a discrepancy with the price that I paid. I wanted a wash and a trim and for my hair to be blowdryed after. Which is what Sharon did. But when I went to the ladies upfront to pay for my service, they said it would be $70 (not including the small product I bought). I want to thank Monica for her professionalism, kindness and understanding. I sent her multiple pictures of what color I want my hair. She pulled out color swatches for me to choose from. She explained in detail how the process works, I felt comfortable in trusting her with my hair. I lighten my natural hair color and put chestnut highlights.
