ZERO STAR RATING!!! Penneys should be charged with FLAGRANTLY FRAUDULENT advertising!! 40% to70% off right now!! My A$$!! I just left the store where men's T-shirts were priced at 3 for $30.00 ON SALE!! ?? No Way!! The sales person and a floor supervisor said "That is the marked down price!!" Either Penneys is truely stupid or they think that the general public is!! I went directly to the other end of the mall and bought T-shirts AND undershirts from Sears that were TRUELY ON SALE!!
