Why bother. No cashiers, no sales help, long lines, mismarked sales (wrong items on tables). Too bad.... Just order online.
JCPenney Optical staff is kind, courteous and they work quickly.
Clearance rack always has good finds check junior section and accessories closest to the scarves for even cheaper shoes etc
