I guess they get 1 star for showing up? We had back to school haircuts scheduled for our two kiddos on Sunday 8/17 for 11AM. We arrived to the Salon at 10:55. I'm from the 90's. Early is on time. On time is late, and late is unacceptable. We saw two other women standing at the doors to go in and as we walked up they informed us the doors were locked. There is not enough star for Tippy she’s amazing. She knew what she was doing and helped me decide on what kind of color would look best on me and she was a kind and gentle soul. Thank you for the makeover. I really appreciate it. I will definitely recommend my friends🥰🥰🥰

IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD I requested highlights from the stylist (autumn) she said she could do it. I made my appointment over the internet and it said my appointment would cost $70 for what I was wanting done.. I booked a cap highlight. I got there and she said it would cost $140 for this tiny section of hair on the top of my head & called it a partial highlight.
