I am extremely upset and disappointed with my experience at JCPenney Salon. I came in for what should have been a routine full highlight, and instead I left with severely damaged, uneven hair that is now blue and orange. I was in the salon for over seven hours, and during that time my hair was bleached more than four times in a single day. My appointment was for a hair color and trim. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. Sarah was very professional and friendly. She did an amazing job on my hair. I love my hair and how it turned out. I will be coming back for future hair care.

One word! Heather!!!!!!! Okay, so as a woman of color who's not from around here, finding a stylist who knows what to do with my long thick natural hair has been a STRUGGLE.
