My appointment was for a hair color and trim. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. Sarah was very professional and friendly. She did an amazing job on my hair. I love my hair and how it turned out. I will be coming back for future hair care.

One word! Heather!!!!!!! Okay, so as a woman of color who's not from around here, finding a stylist who knows what to do with my long thick natural hair has been a STRUGGLE. I guess they get 1 star for showing up? We had back to school haircuts scheduled for our two kiddos on Sunday 8/17 for 11AM. We arrived to the Salon at 10:55. I'm from the 90's. Early is on time. On time is late, and late is unacceptable. We saw two other women standing at the doors to go in and as we walked up they informed us the doors were locked.
