Just had an appointment with Kimi and Karly Cronk for their Teacher & Student Haircut Event ($12 cuts), and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed! I wasn’t sure what to expect from a discounted service, but it ended up being one of the best salon experiences I’ve had. Both Kimi and Karly were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I took my daughter here for a student haircut and was so impressed I brought my other daughter back today! I knew that it was a discounted cut so honestly was expecting them to rush like other places have in my experience but they were both great! Leah today was so kind and patient with my little one who has only had her hair cut once before. Her hair looks great!

I am extremely upset and disappointed with my experience at JCPenney Salon. I came in for what should have been a routine full highlight, and instead I left with severely damaged, uneven hair that is now blue and orange. I was in the salon for over seven hours, and during that time my hair was bleached more than four times in a single day. This alone is incredibly concerning, as it caused significant damage to my already fine hair. My appointment was for a hair color and trim. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. Sarah was very professional and friendly. She did an amazing job on my hair. I love my hair and how it turned out. I will be coming back for future hair care.
