Two days ago, I went there for a haircut. I really didn’t like the haircut at all. The person who cut my hair seemed like a beginner with very little experience. An experienced barber knows exactly how to cut hair properly, but I wasn’t satisfied at all. Still, I didn’t say anything at the time. I called and asked for a specific date and booked an appointment for 2 people. They call the day before and suddenly they made a mistake and they no longer have those appointment available. So unprofessional to not be able to properly book an appointment. I canceled my appointment, if they can not even schedule properly I doubt their ability to properly take care of my hair

Today, I went to the JCPenney Salon to get a haircut. I thought it might be closed since it was already late, but there was a lady named Rose who welcomed me warmly. She was very friendly and took great care of me. The haircut was excellent—I was really satisfied. I’ll most likely keep going there from now on. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Rose. She loves her job and it shows through her work. Very knowledgeable and an amazing stylist.
