I booked an appointment for my mother to get the relaxer which as you can see in the screenshot should include a blow dry.. For $100 total. Yet she was charged an extra $50 for the blow dry, bringing the total to $150. The manager said the services are al a carte which is why the services were charged separately, but again the blow dry was supposed to be included with the relaxer like the screenshot shows.. NOT as a separate service. The issue was not resolved. I’ll take her to a real salon next time.
