I love this place. Customer service rep has been there over 30 yrs and always smiles even with rudeness. She follows on to next Paton with courtesy and Big smile. Love this store. I try to always encourage when working with public. People can be rude. This woman is my hero!
Number one reason is because they stuck around when Sears and Macy’s bailed on us!!! I love their clothes and shoes and will continue shopping Penny’s as long as it’s open!!!!
I truly enjoy visiting the salon as the staff is friendly providing a welcoming environment and keeps me informed for a timely appointment. Amen Imchen is my stylist and she has done such a great job with getting my natural hair back healthy. She takes her time and listens to what her client wants and provides options so that you are going home happy with your service. I am confident that my hair will thrive with Amen's great care and guidance!
I went to Beavercreek Penny's first time, the store is very big, has 2 floors, the women's lingerie department is on the second floor, they only have one dressing room open on the first floor, which you have to find the escalator go back to first floor, walk and look for the dressing room on the first floor, then when you are done find the other escalator if you want to go back up and get another size if that don't fit and do it all over again, too much walking, they have a couple on second floor but is closed, very inconven... read more
I highly recommend Mikayla. I have natural wavy to curly hair. Mikayla really listened to me about what I wanted from my haircut. She cut subtle layers into my hair which I can leave dry naturally curly or use a flat iron for another look. I am very pleased with Mikayla, she takes her time to check and recheck to make sure the layers are even and balanced.

I love that all the clothes are very cheap and discounted and besides that the extra amount off.
The sales clerks are very helpful. It is not as crowded as Roseville. It is a great place to shop!
BUYER BEWARE! JcPenny Optical may say it has a money back guarantee BUT, this does not count the eye exam. JcPenny has Independent Contractors who do the exams. If they prescribe you a incorrect prescription they DO NOT have to refund the exam price. Even if they are incompetent!
