Anatolii is an amazing stylist! My youngest daughter (14) has fairly curly hair, so I brought her in for a back to school cut. Had such a great experience with Kiki at the Jcpennys salon at Northtown mall. She made my daughter feel so beautiful and took extra time to make sure all her curls were perfect. And also gave us some good tips on how to achieve them at home. Would highly recommend booking with her !
8/1/25 in Northtown mall. Walked in, guy at the counter asked if I could come back in an hour for a 12:00 appointment. I came back at 11:55. Several hairdressers came out chatting, laughing, standing around, meanwhile, I sat there until 12:40 when the guy came back, and asked if anyone called me. I said no, then the girl that was supposed to cut my hair came over and said oh, I was told you didn't show up! I said I had been sitting there for 45 minutes and no one asked!!! He did a PERFECT job on my hair! I haven't had anyone else cut it in YEARS because I don't trust em easy. Antonio did a FANTASTIC job!! It looks like it did in my 20"s! I will definitely be back! Bring a picture of exactly what you want done.
Been here at least once a year since last year (2024) and at least three times total to a JCPenney Salon in general. Every visit has been a stellar one, with friendly and knowledgeable stylists who always get my hair right! The only complaint I have, and this is just in general and not about this particular salon, is that JCPenney has a lot of sneaky fees they'll add if your hair is too long, or if blow drying takes too long, so I've gone over my budget at least twice out of the 3 times I've visited because of those sneaky f... read more
