He did a PERFECT job on my hair! I haven't had anyone else cut it in YEARS because I don't trust em easy. Antonio did a FANTASTIC job!! It looks like it did in my 20"s! I will definitely be back! Bring a picture of exactly what you want done.
Been here at least once a year since last year (2024) and at least three times total to a JCPenney Salon in general. Every visit has been a stellar one, with friendly and knowledgeable stylists who always get my hair right! The only complaint I have, and this is just in general and not about this particular salon, is that JCPenney has a lot of sneaky fees they'll add if your hair is too long, or if blow drying takes too long, so I've gone over my budget at least twice out of the 3 times I've visited because of those sneaky f... read more
