Wanted a new look after a milestone birthday. Tried stylist Maya Oman at the Northtown JCPenneys hair salon. Excellent service and a great result. I’ve gotten more compliments on my hair in the past week than I have had in my life! Highly recommend Will return. Randi Hankins

While the stylist was very nice, it was the end of the day and she clearly lacked the proper training for this service. My daughter requested a bright, seamless blonde with face-framing, but because the lighting inside masked the true results, I didn’t realize how bad it was until we stepped outside. The highlights were placed mostly in the back while completely missing the top crown, leaving a harsh, blocky 2-inch gap of dark roots.
