can’t say enough great things about the JCPenney Salon at Quaker Bridge Mall! The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by Tracy — and let me just say, she’s an absolute ray of sunshine. 5 hours + $200 = a style that couldn't last a full 24 hours! A complete waste of time and money. Update: Absolutely no resolution! Corporate advised the salon would reach out so a resolution can be found. Nicole called and left a voice-mail. It took a week before someone actually answered my call. They would not allow me to speak to Nicole, they advised she was not there and unsure when she would return. That was almost two weeks ago and still no call back.
