I have been a client at this salon for many years and have been very happy with their services. My stylist Krystyna is amazing. She is friendly, professional, highly skilled and experienced. She takes her time, listens, offers suggestions when asked and genuinely cares about making her clients happy. She always works hard to do her best and goes above and beyond to give her clients a wonderful experience.

I have super fine hair and Krystyna served as God’s grace for me! She is great and very efficient with her work! Anytime that I would want to get my hair done, I will never look beyond her! Her personality is congenial and she does put in all her effort to make sure she meets your expectations! More power to her!!

can’t say enough great things about the JCPenney Salon at Quaker Bridge Mall! The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by Tracy — and let me just say, she’s an absolute ray of sunshine. Honestly Tracy is the face of the salon because she’s the first person who greets you with a warm and welcoming smile. Shelly is truly an all-star. 5 hours + $200 = a style that couldn't last a full 24 hours! A complete waste of time and money. Update: Absolutely no resolution! Corporate advised the salon would reach out so a resolution can be found. Nicole called and left a voice-mail. It took a week before someone actually answered my call. They would not allow me to speak to Nicole, they advised she was not there and unsure when she would return. That was almost two weeks ago and still no call back.
