My daughter had an appointment with Taly for highlights. She did a WONDERFUL job and took her time. My daughter has very thick long hair and when she was finished with my daughter she did not disappoint! She looked like a whole new person! I would recommend her over anyone!

A two is generous. I made the appointment with the salon manager bc I’ve had bad experiences other places. I called to confirm my appointment the day before and told her about my hesitation and lack of hair color knowledge. When I arrived she told me I’d be with someone else bc she “is sick and is really only there in case someone walks in”. I still stayed and was understanding but it didn’t feel “right”. Skip the Salon at JCPENNEY in Kansas City Kansas. I will be driving to Missouri and paying for another cut to even my cut out. My hair is SO uneven. NEVER AGAIN. P.S. the one star is a have to..... to fill out the review.

Enter at your own risk. The cosmetologist was completely clueless. I think her name was Andrea, don't quote me me on that. Anyway after spending 3 hours my girl was in tears. She showed the lady a picture of exactly what she wanted. Trim, dye, and highlights. There was more dye on my girlfriends skin than her hair, the trim was a full cut, and the highlights were not only miniscule but the wrong color. Needless to say date night was canceled and she cried most of the way home. And we paid top dollar $320 to be butchered. I h... read more
