Got my hair done and was a terrible experience. Have used Jcpenney since I was a little girl and never had a bad experience. Went in for 6 hours and left with my hair falling out and color was terrible. They told me I would get a refund and they would fix my hair. They did do a conditioner treatment and a haircut as I had lost so much hair that it was so uneven I had to take 4 inches off the ends.
