I went into the salon to get a hair color and cut. They cut my hair, extremely uneven that I now need to go to another salon and get them to fix it. They also charged me for a double bowl of dye and only used a single bowl. And they cut my hair before they dyed my hair, so there was no reason to charge me for a double bowl of dye. Got my hair done and was a terrible experience. Have used Jcpenney since I was a little girl and never had a bad experience. Went in for 6 hours and left with my hair falling out and color was terrible. They told me I would get a refund and they would fix my hair. They did do a conditioner treatment and a haircut as I had lost so much hair that it was so uneven I had to take 4 inches off the ends.
