The first time I made an appointment here, I was called 15 minutes before my scheduled time and asked to come in an hour later because the stylist was running behind. I agreed to the change, and I was happy with how my hair turned out. The second time I made an appointment, the same thing happened and I was called 20 minutes before my appointment and asked to come in 45 minutes later due to the stylist running behind. DO NOT COLOR YOUR HAIR HERE Went in for a consultation and told her I wanted calico hair showed pics she said she couldn’t do it so I told her I wanted all over chunky highlights w a money piece in front and to shorten my layers. My hair didn’t get cut she blow dried and asked again but I’m sure saw this disappointed on my face at the color and proceeded to over explain the going blonde process and how my VIRGIN hair was “fried”.
