Great customer service at the desk but my daughter’s hair cut was rushed, and she said she was happy with it when I asked her but as we got home, washed it and settled in, i realized how uneven it was and just overall not what my daughter asked for and she was disappointed. Booked an appointment for a Rod Set, to be called and informed the stylist Claudia does not do natural hair, only hair that has been relaxed. Nowhere on the site does it inform the stylist does not work with natural hair, only stylist does not do extensions and braids with 35 years of well rounded experience . When attempting to ask questions about what the process is or if possibly the issue is my hair needs to be straighten. Ms. Tammy did a perfect job on perming my hair, when I called and came in the same day to get it done! It was a pretty decent price too! Will be definitely coming back for my hair needs. She did a consult before procedure was done and made sure I was okay with everything.
