Went for a trim on my short hair style, which is usually a 15 minute job, 20 of they wash it. I was there an hour and had to call the manager over to finish because I was very concerned on what my hair was going to look like. I've never in my life had to do that,. The girls hands were shaking and she smelled like cigarettes.

I should’ve listened to the many bad reviews and stayed away — but I didn’t! Tina cut my hair, and at first, I felt confident in her. She seemed like she knew what she was doing. I showed her a photo, and we talked about what I wanted. She was very nice and friendly at first. However, once she started cutting, she gave me blunt bangs straight across with no blending at all.
