Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Booked an appointment for my 12 year old, double checked up front that a wash and dry were included for all cuts (per their website) and I was informed a shampoo/condition was. I offered to pay more for a blow dry, but never received a yes or no, but not a big deal. The stylist was rude, cut off any type of direction on her hair cut, couldn’t understand the words curtain bang, said no it would take too long when asked about the shampooing, then proceeded to cut her hair dry. Terrible service. Made an appointment and because of scheduling I'm the one who got cancelled after I arrived at the salon. Never coming back. Should have worked something out instead of asking me to make another appointment. Very frustrated.
