10/10 Christina did a great job. She had so much patience highlighting and toning my hair. The color and the cut was exactly what I asked for. Bird pic is reference of what my hair was before.

I’ll like to start off with Kaity is a phenomenal hairstylist. She is so sweet and welcoming. She has a gentle touch and makes sure you’re comfortable.. She is my mom stylist and my mom just recently two months ago did a big chop and cut her hair short. Kaity did such a great job. Well I told my mom I was ready to donate my hair it’s been 4 years since I’ve donated and my hair was down to my cavs. So my mother booked me an appointment with Kaity on Friday January 17th 2025 to cut my hair. I will never use this salon again.My hair is SOO damaged there's probably nothing I can do but let it grow out..If it doesn't all fall out first.Im afraid to even brush or comb it..it's to brittle its breaking off.This stylist was supposed to be a master. I came in for a simple partial highlight..she put me under the dryer and had it so hot the foils were burning my head.i got up and turned it down.Then i had to holler out for her to come check on me..needless to say when she took foils out.MY HAIR WAS WHITE !
