Came to sign in, gentlemen told me everyone was busy today, they each have their own clientele. Next available was a 2hr wait. Came back, no one at front desk, gentleman was sitting at station on his phone, waited for 10min while someone else checked me in. Lady who cut my hair must have been new, forgot to put on my apron and started cutting away… I didn’t like the final result, she cut more than needed on some spots.
I have been going to them for highlights/color for the last 8 months the and they are magnificent. They gave me exactly what I ask for each time. On top of their awesome work, their customer service is top notch, I can have an ongoing conversation with them literally the whole time. And their prices are ABSOLUTELY unbeatable. I will always recommend the JCpenney salon over anywhere else
Went here to get my layers fixed and Sandra did an even worse job. Do NOT use her if you go here!
