My mom did a walk in last minute so it was great she got in when she did and Barbara was nice and sweet towards her, treated her well but i’m not too sure about the hair treatment itself Not only was there hair dye residue built up in my moms ear, all over her neck, forehead, etc… She was also a little rough with the blow drying and was pulling on her head a little bit. I made an appointment to dye my hair on Saturday at 1:45 pm. I got a voicemail on Friday reminding me about the appointment. I went to my appointment on Saturday and was told that I had been trying to be contacted on Saturday morning to let me know that if I am not there by noon on Saturday, I cannot get the service. However, I did not get any missed calls or voicemails from JCPenney Salon on Saturday before my appointment at 1:45 pm. Teaguen has done Great work on me both times I've come here. Went from black hair to blonde back in May and she did it perfect. Highly recommend seeing her if you're looking to change hair color :)
