I went to JCPenny salon in Lansing Mi and got my hair colored. On my 4th visit that is when all my trouble began. The stylist Trina had the color already mixed when I got there. It took me 20 minutes to get there. She immediately applied the color to my hair. Two days later I noticed the color was much darker and the texture was totally different.
