I got the worst layer hair cut from here. The lady that cut my hair was bleaching someone else's hair and chopped my hair all into pieces and looked nothing like the photo I wanted to be recreated. I paid 50 dollars for the cut. No washing. No styling. No color and bad results because she was in a hurry. Not a great place to get a hair cut. Now it's going to take a year or more to get it back the way I originally had my hair then try again somewhere a little more professional.

Very Disappointed!!! I knew that bang trims were free for years but now there is a charge. So, i got a 5 minute bang trim for $12.00 and the trim was AWFUL! My bangs were cut Way too short and straight across, which i had stated I did not want!! No need to tell her because I just have to wait for them to grow back!

Not happy with my daughters & I's haircuts but I'm not one to complain so I smiled paid, walk out, & to embarrased to go back to complain to get my money back (I'm way to passive, its my biggest fault). My daughters is just straight across & just doesn't have any flow to it, plus it still needs another 2 inches or so off the ends still. It was her 1st haircut & just not loving the way it looks.
