Easy getting an appointment. Plus my hairstylist Barbara Owens was amazing she took great care of me and my curls look super amazing. I would definitely recommend her especially if you are looking for someone to give you beautiful curls.
It's hard to coordinate hours with my regular stylist, I was about 2 months over due for a cut and have a vacation planned in October which would allow enough time for a new cut to not look like a new cut, so I decided to try the salon in JC Penney. The only “stylist” that has any idea what they are doing is the young girl Hailey. My daughters hair was absolutely butchered by an obviously new associate, she panicked and asked another girl for help and even said “I can’t do this” the bigger girl with blue hair tried to fix it but actually made it worse and finally Hailey came over and told my child I can’t let you leave like that and tried to damage control what the other two “stylists” destroyed. 1st photo is my hair. Flat and plain. The rest are all examples of what layers should look like. I haven’t had my hair cut in 2 years. I’m a college student and was super excited for the $12 student hair cut deal. I called in advance to make sure that layers could be part of the hair cut. They said yes.
