Barbara has been so kind and patient with my mom. She never goes back to the same stylist and Momma loves her. We just scheduled out third appointment. Barbara did a full consultation with her, listened to her wants, and they came up with a plan. Highly recommend.

I have been going to JCPenneys and Barbara for the last year ish. Shes great and always my favorite part of getting my hair done. She always makes sure she sets me up for my next appointment so i dont have to worry about. And my hair always looks and feels amazing!!!

A week ago I went to JCP in Panama City, FL for hair color and was left very disappointed with a horrible color job. I went back in to ask if they could help me and the Store Manager (I can’t remember her name…maybe Maria?) got another colorist to come see me. Taylor Cook took me in right away and did a full foil redo and my hair is BEAUTIFUL! She took 4 hours with me and everyone was so encouraging and super sweet.
