Went there to get a simple student Visa/Passport photo taken. They told us that they don't do those anymore. What a shame, easy, instant revenue. Walgreens did a decent job but overexposed the Visa photo again. Had my first set done at JC Penney years ago and it was great, had gone there due to the Walgreens over exposure issue at that time as well. Too bad for JCP.
The worst experience ever. My friend and I went to this salon because I had great experience with other salons around the country. My friend ask to color her hair and I ask for a simple trim and flat iron. Well my friend end up from blond to red head when she ask for a lower tone of blond. The manager instead try to make the mistake fixed she want it to charger 45 dollars extra to get it fix. If it wasn't because we complain a lot she would have charger that money. great sales. prices are very good and nice quality. sometimes they need more workers as you have to hunt one down to ask a question
