I booked online and was given an estimated cost. Once I arrived, the manager had me see a different stylist than I had booked with. I asked the stylist to cover my gray roots and blend my grow out. My brown hair with light brown and red highlights was turned blonde. When I was clearly shocked and upset she said "highlights have to be lighter than your base color". She had turned my base color blonde, without my knowledge, and added even more blond highlights. She then added more base color to try and fix it. This did not wor... read more

I came to the Kennewick Columbia mall location this evening to get my three boys a haircut while they are having their last day of $10 haircut deals when I arrive there were three ladies at the counter. They all laughed and looked at each other and told me none of them could give my boys a haircut. They explained they don’t know how to do a fade. Ask them if they can just make them look good and they said no, sorry. Disappointed we missed out on this sale and couldn’t get their cuts this afternoon ! Not sure why this placed ... read more
