I went to JCPenny salon to follow where my former stylist Suzy (aka Suthiwa) is now working. She is the only stylist I trust with my hair in both color and cuts. She works very well following a photo of what cut you want or color. My hair was stripy orange as seen on left, I wanted an icy blonde highlight and got exactly what I wanted. She is a true hair artist and knows intuitively what will look best on you and takes her time to get it to perfection. She takes pride in her work and it shows she cares.
Took my granddaughter Lena for cut and shampoo. Angel did great job. Will go again. Thank you!
I visited JCPENNY SALON for a straight cut, but instead, I ended up with short hair with layers. I strongly advise against going there. The communication between customers and hairdressers is terrible. Please read all the reviews and avoid this salon at all costs. You risk leaving with something you didn’t ask for. My hair was ruined!
I just moved here and I have been going to same stylist for many years and was very anxious in finding new one. I was seen by angel. I asked if she had experience with highlights and making sure she knew what she was doing. I was disappointed, in few things. The highlights were not even in both sides, one side was lighter than the other side, more orange and yellowish on one side because it was stopped in process too soon so it wasn't even on both sides. I found such a gem inside JCPenney, Angelique is the real deal. She’s incredibly talented, listens to what you want, and somehow makes the whole experience feel easy and fun.
