California, Maryland JCP Salon, I walked in with healthy comfortablel ength of hair, 3-4 months I literally have damaged unhealthy inch of hair. I wished I read the warning signs (reviews) before I went there!!!!! I'm so sad, so mad so confused, so disappointed, so angry!!!

I booked an appt online and arrived 10 minutes early for a noon appointment. My stylist was not there and someone had to text her. After my appointment time, they told me she had an emergency and was not able to do my appointment. Waste of my time, gas driving there! Why is the stylist NOT there before an appointment? This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I will take my business and money somewhere else.

I made an appointment two weeks ago went and sat for 30 minutes. The hairstylist never showed up, and the receptionist & another stylist would not call her to check on her. Left the stylist called me three hours later apologized and rebooked for today. I went, sat for 20 minutes, finally went back to the stylist and she didn’t remember me did not put the booking in and told me if I wanted to come back in about an hour she would take me!!
