I made an appointment per the website. I arrived and it was a disaster. The hair stylist said she tried to call to cancel the appointment because there was not enough time to do a perm. She said the internet times are wrong. It was one excuse after another. I just left. It wasn't worth the hassle.
I debated with myself rather it was worth leaving a review on my experience with this salon and I decided yes, yes it is because there is probably someone else thinking it can't possibly be as bad as people are saying I will give them the benefit of doubt.... I'm telling you it is as bad as people are saying and I would find somewhere else. Chopped!!! Im so sad been crying for days…
I would have gave no stars but that isn’t an option. Was overcharged for a simple hair style for my daughter and the curls did not even last an hour after leaving the salon. Horrible pricing and for not a good style And response to the owner I called the 800 number they said I would have to call the store directly and speak to the manager there that the 800 number only deals with online issues still problem, not resolved.
So I made an appointment for my 11 year old daughter to just get a wash, blow dry, and style. Very simple. Once we arrived the stylist at the desk rudely asked "name?" Not even a friendly greeting or even a smile. We ignored it and allowed that stylist to take my daughter back to start. After washing my daughters hair the stylist left her sitting (hair dripping wet) in the seat and came to ring up extra charges for "detangling" her hair because it happened to be a little longer than she wanted to deal with.
