I just got the cutest bob haircut by Ms. Rhonda Preston. She was very nice to me and spent a lot time on my hair. I highly recommend her.

I had the absolute worst haircut ever and it was just devastating. I called JCPenny Salon and booked an appointment for the first available stylist and ended up getting Crystal. She was absolutely incredible! I can’t express enough how great she was at fixing a really terrible haircut I received at another salon. I love my hair and I will never go to anyone else ever again. And if she ever decides to leave, I’m following her. She’s the best and I highly recommend her, especially if you have a bad experience and need help.

Penny's is advertising a discount haircut. Intrigued, I called in and was advised you cannot make an appointment and that it's walk in only. That's cool, so I go to in store, the hair stylists are busy, but there's no one in the waiting room or lingering around. I say "I'm here for a walk in" told its a 2 hour wait. I look around and ask I thought it was walk in? Where are the people waiting? They say "they are on a list" literally no one is there. So appointments then. Ridiculous.

The girl at the front counter with the "faded brown peace/happy face jeans " was a complete rude and uneducated employee. Walked in and they are all on their phones doing nothing we walked in and they all looked up and didn't say anything. I got hung up on by "peace lady " and she was the worst experience of anyone I have ever experienced in the customer service world. JCP do better get staff members that want to work and actually like to help people and not push people away because they get paid hourly and it doesn't matter... read more
