Aug 1st I was out running errands & stopped at JCPenny salon to see if they had any openings or if I could get an appt. When I walked up to the counter there was two women & then one went to the back. I asked the women about opening or appt for a hair cut. Very fast & short she said there was no openings. I give one star only because I couldn't give a zero! Appointment made yesterday by manager. She was scheduled to do haircuts on my mother and sister her at 4:00. At 4:45 we walked out. The stylist had never called them back. Needless to say, we won't ever return to this salon!

If I could give a 0 I would … I literally cried all the way home .. I asked for a trim maybe an inch and ended up with cut to just below my ears I mentioned it was short and so did my daughter and she just kept cutting and thinning my already thin hair I wouldn’t send me worst enemy to this salon jc penny do better and actually hire people who know what the hell they are doing instead of destroying someone .. hair is very important to women I am absolutely devastated
