Great atyle
I had a great experience getting a haircut and highlights here. Jen was excellent!
I had a wash, cut and blow dry today and I am very happy with my haircut, experience and cost. I would definitely recommend for anyone to go to JCPenney Salon. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
Took my four year old to see Pam and she did a phenomenal job on his, took his input and gave him exactly what he asked for. I was getting my hair done at the same time and it ended up uneven, the stylist hurt me multiple times by either ripping through my hair with her shears and comb, drenched my face and ear with water and after an hour, ultimately provided me a very uneven cut that didn’t look at all like the photo I showed her.
