Went home crying. It's the next day after receiving this CUT and I'm still sad...didn't even sleep good. It's a shame how little people care. Susan asked what I wanted. I said a "trim" I'm trying to grow my hair out. She proceeded to wash my hair which was a decent job. When she conditioned it she rinsed it was very hot water I was always taught to rinse your hair with cold water. I am a hard critic of people cutting or styling my hair. It’s naturally kinky curly and that is difficult for most stylists to deal with. I’ve had many stylists overs the years completely butcher my hair. Sandra is great, with her many years of experience, she not only cuts my hair with genuine ease, but she also talks to me throughout the entire process to make sure I am the one in charge of the final product.
