I’ve been going to JCpennys since I was 4, Carrie has been doing my hair since! She’s the absolute best and always knows what my hair needs! Olivia also is my other go to when Carrie is busy or I need a quick trim, these two I trust with more than just my hair :)
Olivia lines my shit up so good every time. If you have this place a one star review then youre a bot because Olivia is working here and shes the goat.
Olivia is always so awesome with my hair! She never is intimidated by the next crazy style or color I want.
Olivia did a fantastic job with my color and cut. The front of my hair was starting to show gray but not anymore. I can’t find a single one! She is fabulous with her shampooing as well. I could’ve laid there all day.
Carrie does such an amazing job on my whole family's hair!
