I recently took my daughter to JCPenney Salon for a simple haircut. Before scheduling the appointment, I called the salon to confirm the price. The employee on the phone clearly stated that haircuts—whether for adults or kids—were $25. Based on this information, I scheduled an appointment for 7 PM.
