Over the weekend I was shopping at the JCPenney store in Gallup. That’s when I heard an announcement from the salon about their deals on shampoo and conditioner, I had to go over there to see what the excitement was about! (I was not disappointed) The front desk worker was so polite and helpful! I will buy from Orlen again on my next visit!
Great service! Had an appointment and was helped promptly. The service was executed exactly as requested, which was a medium length haircut with layers and face framing pieces. My stylist, Jay, was very helpful and nice!
Hello i would go here again they spent over 2 hour helping me and gave me 2 free fregrance samples i ended up buying some fregrances i spent 500+ dollers and definitly would do it again!
Hello I would say this place desirves five stars they spent 2 hour helping me find a fregrance they also gave me a free skincare treatment they were very respectufull pacente and kind i ended up spending 500+ dollers and i would do it again
I checked in and went to wait. One of the stylists had an attitude with me while I waited. I would suggest anger management and customer service skills be brushed up on. The lady who did my hair was quite nice and attentive. She discussed how I wanted my hair done. She is the only reason this place gets 2 stars
