I’m very disappointed in JC Penny Salon. We went to a gal by the name of Kim to give my wife a trim and complete highlights. My wife came back with choppy hair and the colors to the highlights were completely different from what we asked for. On top of that it did not look good and the cost of it all was outrageous! We will not be coming back to this place, very awful experience with inexperienced hair stylist.

My mother has had a GREAT experience at the salon since Lila Baca started working there. She is an amazing stylist. Lila is a great person to be around and does amazing work! My mom loves you Lila! She will see you soon for another cut.

Over the weekend I was shopping at the JCPenney store in Gallup. That’s when I heard an announcement from the salon about their deals on shampoo and conditioner, I had to go over there to see what the excitement was about! (I was not disappointed) The front desk worker was so polite and helpful! I will buy from Orlen again on my next visit!

Great service! Had an appointment and was helped promptly. The service was executed exactly as requested, which was a medium length haircut with layers and face framing pieces. My stylist, Jay, was very helpful and nice!

Hello i would go here again they spent over 2 hour helping me and gave me 2 free fregrance samples i ended up buying some fregrances i spent 500+ dollers and definitly would do it again!
