Should hire professional workers, you know workers that show up and work the entire shift. Salon should have workers at all times and not close because no worker showed up. It is so unprofessional. Should hire gen x workers.
I went go get my haircut Sunday 6/9. The hours were til 6 pm. I went at 3:30 and they were closed, saw a girl go out the back. and I was going to buy Tea Tree Oil Shampoo, and nobody was around so I could buy it. I walk with a walker so I wasn't happy, and was not going to walk around the store to find a register. Poor service!!!
Nobody answered the phone for 15 mins. Sorry folks. Can't give a better review if you don't answer 🤷
Hanza (hope I spelled her name right) she was an older lady in Crossgates JCPennys salon and she was dying my hair and by accident cut my scalp. She had fine motor issues and also sprayed me with water and shampoo in my ear. That never happened before when I went to JCPennys for my hair.
