Went in for a hair cut. I explained that I wanted lots of short layers and she talked me out of that. I had very long hair it was in need of a good cut I did say 2-3 in she suggested 4. She took off way more then that my which I'm not to upset about but then when in came to cleaning up my bangs she totally butchered them I told her I like them kind of long by my eyelids and the cut them to my eyebrows and even shorter in the middle they were kept sticking up. Had my hair cut and eyebrows done on Saturday, both turned out great. I really like Penny's salon everyone is so friendly. Heather does a great job everytime. Thank you Heather.

I got the ABSOLUTE WORST HAIRCUT of my life here this week! It was so poorly done that I was visibly and audibly upset. The salon didn't charge me for the haircut. I could still see split ends and the cut was uneven. I told staff that I part it on either side, staff said they would part it down the middle, then staff cut it from the side it was parted that day and that was it. Staff was also insulting about my hair with their comments when trying to upsell products.

I have been to.JC Salon a few times. The last couple were intolerable. These were for highlights and 4 hours later??? Should take 2.5 first of all. Last one I looked like I did when I walked in 250 later. Very unimpressed with the stalling so they "don't have to cut hair" comments and no highlights Doing what they wanted to do. Not good for business
