I have had great experiences with multiple stylists. At JCPenney's Fargo until yesterday 1/29/26. My original appointment was for a haircut and a frost. The haircut and the color looked nothing like the picture I showed the stylist. I asked for short haircut with some weight on the top, but that's not what I got. I had to go to another salon to have it fixed the same day. They weren't able to give me the haircut I wanted, but they were able to cleanup a lot of the mistake.
