Unfortunately, I was part of a large group next door at the portrait studio. We had 17 children and parents, and the waiting area was very tiny and already occupied. We were also trying not to get in the way of other shoppers. While waiting an excessive amount of time, we began standing in front of the salon, not knowing it wasn't allowed. Just booked an online $30 appointment to tone my blonde bangs into an ash white. Got a call for confirmation and was asked if I need any other services such as a blow dry? I told her no, I'm only doing a strip of hair so they would not need to wash my hair.. She said ok and hung up. She called me back 2 minutes later and said that she just got off the phone with her manager and her manager said that because they didn't dye the strip blonde that I would have to add the additional $30 blow dry..
