Farzane is really good hair stylist at Jcpenny. Highly recommend her
Kim did a fantastic job on my daughter’s hair. She took her time making sure it was how she wanted it.
I went to the JCPenney salon at the Alderwood mall and Babbette cut my hair. She looked at a picture of the cut I wanted took her time and it came out perfect I will be going back.
Requested Experienced Hair Lightening Stylist
Did not like my hair but the kicker was i was charged 30 dollars for a trim after my hair was straightened. I only asked for a trim....They rang it up (a less than 5 mins trim) as a haircut. Shady af, will not be back.
