I booked an appt with Visa as she was the more senior stylist and she promised she could help me. I guess I should have paid more attention to the obvious red flags that a lower end salon like Jcp and their stylist training would not be a good match for me. Kim did a fantastic job on my daughter’s hair. She took her time making sure it was how she wanted it.
