I booked an appt with Visa as she was the more senior stylist and she promised she could help me. I guess I should have paid more attention to the obvious red flags that a lower end salon like Jcp and their stylist training would not be a good match for me. As Visa might have meant well in her own world, in my world where image and professionalism is a high degree, she kept cutting me off when explaining my hair vision: root touch up and mini foil, keep the color the same. Farzane is really good hair stylist at Jcpenny. Highly recommend her
Kim did a fantastic job on my daughter’s hair. She took her time making sure it was how she wanted it.
I went to the JCPenney salon at the Alderwood mall and Babbette cut my hair. She looked at a picture of the cut I wanted took her time and it came out perfect I will be going back.
