Thought I made an appointment online, guess I forgot to hit confirm. Wasn’t an issue they still took me right away. All the ladies were very nice & accommodating, but I have to give a special shout to out to Pam for doing such a great job on my hair!
Did not do what I asked for whatsoever. She seemed bothered by being there, highly unsanitary with a suite case that’s was dirty, using very dirty gross bin to carry her bowls of color? Did not talk to me about what she was doing, left me under the dryer for an alarming amount of time, was extremely rough when washing the bleach and color out of my hair. I usually book last minute with any stylist and get great service! So far, I love "Penny," and "Anisa"!! I've tried other salons but always return back to JCP!!
