We had our first experience at the JCPenney salon in Wareham. They were able to fit in my three sons for haircuts. Each of my boys received amazing haircuts from Kathy. Everyone is so happy with their haircuts, and we will be returning again for sure! Chrissy up front was so informative and helpful when deciding on any products we needed to purchase.

☆☆☆☆ I booked a student haircut online through the JCPenney Salon website after seeing the student haircut promotion. I selected the student haircut option and even included in the comments that the appointment was for my son and that he just needed a standard haircut. When we arrived, we were immediately told that the appointment had been booked “incorrectly.” However, no one called beforehand to confirm the appointment or clarify any details, even though there was ample opportunity to do so. Made an online appointment same day.Got a haircut . Hannah listen to what I wanted and did a beautiful job. Took about 20 minutes. Definitely will be back.
