Giving two stars because they got me in quickly... I should have known better. Got a wash, cut and blowout. With the blowout it wasn't apparent until the next day when I straightened it that it was UNEVEN... My hair is very thick so I asked for layers but this is NOT what I meant. Probably last time I'll ever ask for them and definitely last time I'll ever go to this salon... Very disappointed. I made an appointment for my son with a hairdresser that he wanted. Drove all the way there on a Saturday and found out that that hairdresser was busy so she moved his appointment without asking or telling me. A phone call or text would have been the professional way to handle this.
Fantastic, absolutely phenomenal! I can’t say more wonderful things about Aili! She is a professional and absolutely talented and skilled at what she does. She is a lovely conversationalist and charming young woman. My hair has always turned out exactly how I’ve asked her to do it. She is truly a master at her craft. Thank you Aili!!!
