I went in for a Silk press and this is what I got. She knew she had mess up because she took off the detangle charge but still charged me for the silk press I expressed how I felt and they told me that I had to talk to the manager which was not there at the time. So I called today to talk to the manager and she stated she had a customer and was gone call me back and never did.
